PREORDERS POLICY

Preorder Policy

- Preorder lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding U.S. and Korea national holidays. Once the preorder items arrive at iBABY_CO, Inc., your order will be shipped via standard UPS, USPS, or FedEx transit times.

- Lead times may vary depending on the specific preorder product.

- Preorders cannot be modified or canceled once the order has been placed.

- If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the full order will ship once all preorder items are available.

- If you wish to split-ship the in-stock items first, a minimum charge of $9 or the actual courier rate (whichever is higher) will apply.

- All preorder products are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
