RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You have 5 days from the date order show as  'delivered' by courier or picked up from the store to request a return. After 5 days, we do not accept any refund requests. 

If you wish to return a product(s) due to a change of mind, a 10% restocking fee per product will automatically be deducted from store credit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping fees. We do not refund or credit back the shipping charges. 

Please note the following to our return policy:

  • Hattung SayHouse Panel, SayPen not eligible for returns.
  • Discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must have tags attached and be returned in original condition it was originally shipped including all packagings and box
  • Returned items must have no signs of wear or use
  • iBaby_co, Inc. is not responsible for any lost shipment or damaged products during the shipping or return process. Please proceed to file a claim directly to the courier company
  • We do not accept return requests due to the manufactured country of an item (i.e. Made in Korea, Made in China, Made in Europe, etc). Please keep in mind that not all products sold by iBaby_co, Inc. are manufactured in a single country

Complete the following steps to request a return:

  1. Contact us via e-mail at ibabycocs@gmail.com to let us know your concerns
  2. Please include your full name and order number along with the returning product(s) for prompt service
  3. Once approved, please ship the product(s) back to us using either a prepaid shipping label provided by iBaby_co, Inc. or ship via freight of your choice. If prepaid shipping label was provided by iBaby_co, Inc., freight charges will be deducted from the store credit amount. We do not credit back the freight charges

How long does it take to receive your refund for store credit?

  • All returned items will be inspected. Once inspection is complete and approved, a store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days in a form of store credit only (If you do not receive your credit after 5-7 business days, please contact us via e-mail at ibabycocs@gmail.com) minus any freight charges

Cancellations

2 hour window to cancel your order. Once order processing has begun, cancellation is not accepted. Any purchases made at a sale price is a final sale. 

Defects

If you notice a defect in the product, please contact us at ibabycocs@gmail.com along with the original order number within 5 days of receiving the product. All items must be in the condition it was shipped (unwashed, unworn, tags attached, all accessories/parts intact in original packaging). Failure to acknowledge any defects within 5 days or to present the product in its original condition will be denied of returns/refunds even for wrongly shipped products and/or defects. We do not refund back to the original payment method. All refunds will be processed as store credit gift card with an expiration of 1 year from issued date.
