If you wish to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help as best as we can! All sales are Final Sale however, returns are approved case by case and not all returns or exchanges are guaranteed. If approved, we offer returns or exchanges within 5 days from the day of purchase in-store (receipt required) or when your order is shown as delivered by the freight company's tracking history. You can return your product for store credit or for a different product within the same value or pay the difference for higher value. Shipping fee will incur for exchanging products in both returning and new shipment charges. We do not issue a refund back to the original payment method. Sale and preorder items are FINAL. No exceptions. Return and New Order Shipping charges apply. Refunds are issued only if a wrong product is accidentally shipped and replacement cannot be sent followed by an internal decision, when an ordered product is out of stock, unavailable, or unable to be processed and will be notified via contact information notated on the order. 

If you wish to return a product(s) due to a change of mind, there will be a 10% restocking fee automatically deducted from store credit. 

If you notice a defect in the product, please contact us at along with the original order number within 5 days of receiving the product. All items must be in the condition it was shipped (unwashed, unworn, tags attached, all accessories/parts intact in original packaging). Failure to present the product in its original condition will be denied of returns/refunds even for wrongly shipped products and/or defects. 


Orders cannot be cancelled once order is being processed by the shipping department. Products purchased at a discounted price (sale) is final sale and cannot be cancelled (6-hour cancellation window does not apply). 


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
  • Returned items must have tags attached and be returned in original condition it was originally shipped including any outer packagings and box
  • Returned items must have no signs of wear or use
  • iBaby_co, Inc. is not responsible for any lost shipment or damaged products during the return process. Please proceed to file a claim directly to the courier company
  • We do not accept return requests due to the manufactured country of an item (i.e. Made in Korea, Made in China, Made in Europe, etc). Please keep in mind that not all products sold by iBaby_co, Inc. are manufactured in a single country. Due to the cost, some brands are manufactured in certain countries other than Korea. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us via e-mail at for General Inquiries and for Order related inquiries to let us know your concerns
  2. Once approved, please ship the product(s) back to us using either a prepaid shipping label provided by iBaby_co, Inc. or ship via freight of your choice. We do not credit back the freight charges.
  3. Please include your full name and order number along with the returning shipment for prompt service.

How long does it take to receive your refund, item replacement, or store credit?

  • All returned items will be inspected. Once inspection is complete and approved, a store credit will be issued within 24-48 hours in a gift card form (If you do not receive your credit after 48 hours, please contact us via e-mail at minus any freight charges
  • Exchange or replacement items will ship within 1-2 business days after following the return policy protocol.
