Return Request Policy

You have 5 days from the date your order is marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier or picked up in-store to request a return.
After this 5-day window, we are unable to accept any refund or return requests.

If you are returning product(s) due to a change of mind:

  • A 10% restocking fee per item will be automatically deducted from your store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

Return Restrictions & Conditions
Please review the following conditions before initiating a return:

    • Non-Returnable Items:
      The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

      • Hattung SayHouse Panel

      • SayPen

      • Beddings

      • Products from the Vitamin Collection

      • Discounted or sale items (final sale)

Item Condition Requirements:
All returned items must:

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in the exact condition as originally shipped

  • Include all original packaging and boxes

  • Show no signs of use or opening

 

Shipping Responsibility:
iBaby_co, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping or returns. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the courier.

Country of Origin:
We do not accept return requests based on the item's country of manufacture (e.g., Made in Korea, Made in China, Made in Europe, etc.).
Please note: Products sold by iBaby_co, Inc. are sourced from multiple countries and not limited to a single origin.

 

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us with your return request and include:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • A list of the product(s) you wish to return
      This will help us assist you promptly.

  2. Return Approval & Shipping
    Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

    • Use a prepaid shipping label provided by iBaby_co, Inc. (Note: freight charges will be deducted from your store credit)

    • Ship the item(s) back using a courier of your choice at your own cost

    Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited back.

 

Refund Processing Time

  • All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt.

  • If approved, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within a 2-hour window after placing it.

Please note:

  • Cancellations or order revisions are not accepted once order processing has begun by our team.

  • All sale or discounted purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, revised, or refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Defective Product Policy

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your original order number in your message.

To be eligible for a return due to defect:

  • The item must be in its original condition as shipped:

    • Unwashed and unworn

    • Tags attached

    • All original packaging, accessories, and parts intact

Important:

  • Claims made after 5 days of delivery or items not in original condition will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund—even in cases of incorrect or defective shipments.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • We do not refund to the original payment method under any circumstances.
