• iBaby_co is not responsible for delays, lost shipment or damaged products in transit or delivery. Please inquire and file a claim directly to the freight company with the provided tracking information.
• iBaby_co is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address by the customer. A return shipping charge will incur - minimum of $11.
