RETURNS WITH PROMO GIFT

If you return a product that was purchased during a promotional gift period and your order included a free promotional item, the retail value of the gift at the time of shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Example:
If your order qualified for a free gift (e.g., order total exceeded a set amount) and you choose to return the purchased items, the retail price of the promotional gift—say, $24—will be deducted from your total refund. Refunds are issued via store credit.
