Refund policy

All orders are FINAL SALE. Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of purchase regardless of order shipment status. Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been processed. 

We offer returns or exchanges, case by case, within 5 days of receiving your order per Proof of Delivery. You can return your product for store credit only with a 10% deduction for restocking and reprocessing fee. For exchanges, the replacement product must be of the same value as the original product or pay the difference for higher value. We do not offer a refund to the original payment method for returned items. All sale and promotion purchases are final. Shipping charges apply to returning and exchanging transactions.
