PICK UP ORDERS & HOLDS

Pickup & Hold Policy


We offer a 5-day pickup and hold period. During this time, if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged while in our care, iBABY_CO, INC. will take full responsibility and provide appropriate support.

After the 5-day hold period, we are no longer liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders unclaimed beyond this timeframe.

Please ensure that your order is picked up promptly within 5 days to avoid any issues.

For combined shipping holds:
The same 5-day policy applies. The hold period begins after the final item in your order has arrived at our facility.
